Monday-Thursday will be from 4:00-5:45pm

Workouts will be on Monday and Wednesday this week
Tuesday and Thursday will be recovery days
Optional varsity practice will be held Wednesday at 6:30am
The POOL will be open on Thursday. If you want to swim, bring goggles and a towel.

Friday will be from 3:15-4:30pm
