6:30 am Packet Pick-up Opens and Course Open for Warm-ups
7:20 am Course Closes for Warm-ups
7:30am Varsity Girls - (max 8 runners per team) 8:00am Varsity boys - ( max 8 runners per team)
8:25am JV Girls - (unlimited- please run your non varsity freshman girls in the freshman race)
9:00am JV Boys - (unlimited - please run your non varsity freshman boys in the freshman race)
9:30am Freshman Girls- (use mile split to enter your non varsity girls into this race)
10:05am Freshman Boys- (use mile split to enter your non varsity boys into this race)
10:35 am Middle School Girls -3000m 10:55am Middle School Boys -3000m 11:10am All Races are completed
10:35 Awards started for high school while the middle school races are going.
