About the Event
The Great American XC Festival Presented by Garmin will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary N.C. The granddaddy of all the interstate in season cross country invitationals, The Great American XC Festival, Presented by Garmin is scheduled for Saturday, October 7 at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C. In its 24th year, This year’s event will be run on one of the fastest courses in the nation and provide a preview to the Nike Cross Southeast Regional that will be run there on Saturday, November 25.
We are bringing the championship and festive feel all NSAF events are known for by featuring high school drumlines, honoring the top fifth runner with the Anchor Award and allowing teams to run up to 10 athletes in the varsity races. We’ll also have great apparel and merchandise by NIKE. Put this meet on your calendar. You don’t want to miss it!
