• 9:30am Open Blue Race-Boys (limit 10)

• 10:00am Race of Champions-Girls (limit 10)

• 10:30am Race of Champions-Boys (limit 10)

• 11:00am Open Red Race- Girls (limit 10)

• 11:30am Open Red Race-Boys (limit 10)

*All HS races are 5k

*MS races are 2m

*HBCU races are 5k(women) and 8k(men)

Race Selection

• *The boys and girls Race of Champions(ROC) will be limited to the top 28-32 teams that register for this race and will be determined by our selection committee. 30-40 top individuals will also be selected for the ROC.

  
  

• Teams registered, but are not selected for these championship races, will be moved to the Open “Blue” race.

  
  

• *Coaches can enter up to 10 athletes in the ROC, Open Blue, and Open Red.

  
  

• *The JV section will be unlimited entries but we will score each team’s top 5 finishers with 2 pushers. We will not have multiple team designations within this section.

Awards Ceremonies - Awards ceremonies will take place approximately 15 minutes following the conclusion of each race at the awards area.

Race of Champions

Trophy to top team champions and runner-up in each ROC section

Medals will be awarded to the top 20 finishers

Top finisher tees to top 10 individuals in each section
