Monday, 9/26 = Easy Day
- Practice @ 4:00-5:45/6:00 PM
Tuesday, 9/27 = Workout Day
Practice @ 4:00-6:00/6:15 PM
Wednesday, 9/28 = Recovery Day
Practice @ 4:00-5:45/6:00 PM
Thursday, 9/29 = Light Workout
Practice @ 4:00-6:00/6:15 PM
Friday, 9/30 = Pre-Meet Day
- Runners traveling to Great American will depart from campus at 8:30 AM.
- - Coach McMurray & Coach Herbert will travel to North Carolina.
- Meet homepage. Team entries linked above.
- Those runners invited have been sent preliminary information, and further details will come upon learning final race assignments.
Runners competing at the Alexander ASICS Invitational will practice from 3:15-4:30 PM and have a normal pre-meet practice.
- Coaches Walker, Dammer, Deason, and Harkins will travel to Chattahoochee Hills Eventing in Fairburn, GA.
- Race Entries have been emailed to the parents. Please review and email Coach Herbert if there are any revisions that need to be made.
