About the Event
Monday: Easy Run
V: 4-6:30pm - V lift after easy run
JV: 4-5:30pm
Tuesday: Workout
V: 4-6:15pm
JV: 4-6pm
Wednesday: Picture Day & Easy Run - Picture Day
Location - Front Field
Individual Shots - can be taken as early as 3:15pm
Team Photo - will be at 4:10pm
JV: Practice will end around 6:00pm.
V: Practice will end around 6:30pm
V lift after easy run
Optional Varsity Practice will be held at 7:00am.
If you attend the morning session, you still must attend team photos!
Thursday: Mini Workout
V: 4-6:15pm
V mobility after mini workout
JV: 4-5:45
Friday: Recovery Run and Strides
V: 3:15-4:45pm
JV: 3:15-4:45pm
