About the Event
Monday: Easy Run
- V: 4-6:30pm - V lift after easy run
- JV: 4-5:30pm
Tuesday: Workout
- V: 4-6:15pm
- JV: 4-6pm
Wednesday: Picture Day & Easy Run - Picture Day
- Location - Front Field
- Individual Shots - can be taken as early as 3:15pm
- Team Photo - will be at 4:10pm
- JV: Practice will end around 6:00pm.
- V: Practice will end around 6:30pm
- V lift after easy run
- Optional Varsity Practice will be held at 7:00am.
- If you attend the morning session, you still must attend team photos!
Thursday: Mini Workout
- V: 4-6:15pm
- V mobility after mini workout
- JV: 4-5:45
Friday: Recovery Run and Strides
- V: 3:15-4:45pm
- JV: 3:15-4:45pm
